Now you may have heard the expression ‘A cobbler's children are always the worst-shod’ well I think the opposite may be said for us as photographers….we have SO many pictures of our boys, but we don’t often do ‘real’ photoshoots of them…unless we see the perfect opportunity.
We are lucky enough to have Family in the centre of Cornwall, my Aunt and Uncle, even luckier that they have room for us to stay when we come down to visit, they actually sleep in their caravan to give us more space….or is it to give them some peace and quiet?
With us both being working parents with full time jobs finding time to do what you want to do isn’t easy….as many of you will also know. we get ideas for photoshoots all the time so its lovely when we are able to follow through with these ideas.
We knew we wanted to capture the boys having fun but they really did love it, we got some great shots of them and we know as well as any that you have to capture these stages in their lives because before you know it they are teenagers who can make a loaf of bread disappear when they are ‘peckish’ and rarely venture out to see daylight! Something all us parents have to look forward to!…..but just look at their little faces x
